Cancellation Before Technician Dispatch

If the service request is cancelled before the technician is assigned or dispatched, then no cancellation charges will apply.


Cancellation After Technician Dispatch / Travel Started

If the technician has already been assigned and is on the way to your location, then a Service Visit Charge will be applicable to cover travel and time costs.


Cancellation After Technician Arrival

If the technician has already arrived at the customer’s location, and the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, the Service Visit Charge must still be paid.


Cancellation During Repair Work

Once the repair work has started or spare parts have been installed, the service cannot be cancelled and charges must be paid as per the work completed.


Cancellation Due to Unavailability of Customer

If the customer is unreachable, address is incorrect, or premises are locked at the time of technician visit, the visit will be counted as completed and Service Visit Charge will apply.


Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule the service once without any charge, provided they inform us at least 1 hour before the scheduled visit time.


Company-Initiated Cancellation

In rare cases where we are unable to provide service due to technician unavailability or operational reasons, we may cancel the job request and notify the customer. No charges will apply in such cases.
