Service Scope & Availability
We provide Home and Office Appliance Repair services through our trained and experienced technicians.
Service availability may vary based on your location and technician availability. While we aim to provide prompt and reliable services.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information regarding appliance model, issue and access location.
The appliance must be in safe and accessible condition during the visit.
Any unauthorized repair attempts done by the customer or a third party may void the service warranty.
Pricing & Payments
Service visit charges and repair costs are communicated before work begins.
Payments must be made immediately after the service is completed, as per the mode agreed.
Pricing may vary depending on parts replaced, issue complexity, appliance type and brand.
Warranty Terms (3-Month Service Support)
We provide 3-Month Free Service Support on the same issue repaired by our technician.
Warranty is applicable only if the same problem reoccurs.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Burnt spare parts due to voltage fluctuations
Issues caused by customer misuse or external factors (like water damage, pest damage, etc.)
Intellectual Property
All content, text, images, logos and materials on the LOCAL PINTU platform are the exclusive property of LOCAL PINTU and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
LOCAL PINTU is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
We are responsible only for the service work performed and not for any pre-existing appliance conditions or future technical failures not related to our repair.
