Service Visit Charges

The service visit / inspection charge is non-refundable, as it covers the technician’s time, travel, and diagnosis of the appliance.


Repair Charges


If a repair has been completed and the appliance is functioning at the time of service delivery, no refund shall be provided.


If the same issue occurs again within the 3-Month Service Support Period, our technician will visit again without any service charge to resolve the issue.


Spare Parts


All spare parts are billed separately.


No refund will be given on spare parts after they are installed, as they cannot be reused once opened or fitted.


In case a spare part is defective, we will replace the part as per the manufacturer warranty, at no extra cost.


Cancellation Before Technician Visit

If you cancel the service before the technician is dispatched, no charges will apply.


Cancellation After Technician Arrival

If the technician has already reached your location and no service is taken, the Service Visit Charge must still be paid.


Incorrect Service Booking / Wrong Information

If the customer provides incorrect information (e.g., wrong appliance type, model, or issue) and service cannot be completed, the Service Visit Charge remains applicable and no refund is provided.


Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method within 7-10 working days.
